A delicate destination, where nature and conscious people meet.

A living farm of more than 23 million m² on the coast of Ceará, created in knots, together.

Manifesto

Moréias is a collective dream.

It is ever clearer that we have entered a new era, and it is in this land of wind that we want to talk about doing things together. The wind airs ideas, produces energy, whispers native knowledge. And how do you measure the wind? In knots. In us. That is how we intend to live all that is good, from sun to sun, from wind to wind, alongside people, animals and nature.

The Place

A living farm, in every sense

The four elements, side by side: sea, sand, river and forest, on a single farm in Camocim, Ceará. See it from afar, then come see it up close.

Territory

A protected oasis

Between Preá and Barra Grande, the two points that move this coast the most, and almost nothing built.

Nature

Regeneration you can see

The environmental map is law: untouched dunes and lagoons, 500 hectares of preserved mangrove and ecological corridors running through it all.

Off-grid living

Quiet autonomy

Energy from the sun, a starry sky protected by design, silence at night. The infrastructure was planned to disappear into the landscape.

Barlavento Portfolio

Three ways to belong

The paths complement each other, the community is one, and many people start with one path and, over time, build their own set within the farm.

Morada Barlavento

For those who want to create an authorial home, with space and silence.

27 lots from 1,503 to 2,890 m² to build a house your own way, with the rules that protect the whole, and authorial references to inspire the project.

And one certainty for those thinking of waiting until the farm is finished: it is already a dream today. Whoever arrives now holds one of few houses in more than 23 million m², and everything still to come only adds.

Life at Moréias

What life is like here

Wind, table, body and nature, all optional, all connected.

Wind

A world mecca for wind

A program led by Guilly Brandão, three-time world champion.

The greatest luxury of kiting at Moréias is space: kilometers of open, uncrowded coastline, more than 200 days of wind a year and the school with an instructor always close by, from first contact to athlete training. All around, the downwind routes: Tatajuba, Guriú, Jericoacoara, Preá and the Coreaú River, navigable to the delta. After the sea, the beach boys put the kite away, and Orós waits with music and a bonfire.

Table

Orós, the kitchen people travel for

A kitchen led by Belgian chef Hervé Witmeur, supplied by the agroforest.

The food is one of the high points of Moréias, and many people come here because of it. Orós serves from breakfast to dinner. The signature experiences bring the whole farm together: the Cajueiro night, Pizzaria Moréias, the winter paella. And the stories that only exist here: fishing with Valdir and eating your own catch over the coals; gathering oysters in the mangrove and opening them with sparkling wine on the pier.

Almost nothing happens within four walls

More than 50 km of trails opened by Shubi Guimarães.

The Duna do Funil, the Carnaúba Solitária, the enigmatic Porta Azul and the full-moon night with the dunes lit up. Kayaking and stand-up paddling on the Coreaú River, birdwatching in the delta, artisanal fishing with the house fishermen. Every outing has its captain, in small groups, along routes that respect the environmental map.

Wellness

Well-being as a way of living

Well-being at Moréias begins away from the mirror: in regenerating the region, you regenerate yourself. Food that already carries natural medicine, sport within nature, morning yoga, the ice bath, silence and the starry sky. The retreats join ancestral wellness with the contemporary, and the dose is always your choice.

And how do you measure the wind?
In knots. In us.

Strategic location
